Most sports will require players to make use of some type of specialist equipment of clothing. Equipment and clothing for most sports can be purchased from a sports shop, which you'll find in most town centres. However, if you require something quite specific or out of the ordinary then the chances are that most high street shops will not stock it!

 

For example, sports shoes in large sizes can be quite difficult to get hold of, especially from high street shops whose sport shoes tend to only go up to size twelve. If you usually have to wear specialist wide fitting shoes or a large size then this can be problematic. However, thanks to the internet you shouldn't have that much trouble locating sports shoes in your size. There are many specialist online retailers that exclusively deal in outsized footwear and they will have a selection of sports shoes amongst their range of wide fitting shoes.

 

It may also be worth contacting the manufacturers of a particular sports shoe directly to see if they actually produce the shoe in your size. The chances are that they will make the shoe you're after in large sizes, but they just won't be very widely distributed in shops! If you follow this advice then you should be able to find wide fitting shoes suitable for your sport without too much difficulty!
